We were thrilled to find a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, kitchenette and a separate living room with a sofa sleeper perfect for our son. the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious breakfast each morning. the place was spotless and everything was brand new. We loved the friendly locals and homemade rhubarb bread left in the freezer for us.
The air conditioning vent above the bed was not placed ideally and caused discomfort during our sleep.

This place is awesome! Great location, nice kitchenette and living area, the best bed ever, I was just going to soft fluffy towels very clean, and extremely clean. I highly recommend it.

I loved my stay at a cozy vacation suite in downtown Buffalo. The host, Dave, was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The suite was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The key code entry and parking convenience were a plus. The homemade rhubarb bread in the freezer was a delightful touch. Although the air conditioner vent blew directly on the bed, I still appreciated the coolness it provided. While the bikes and grill mentioned in the listing were missing, it didn't dampen my overall positive experience. I highly recommend this vacation suite for its great location and warm hospitality.

The suite had a kitchenette and a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The location was perfect, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. We were happy to find homemade rhubarb bread left in the freezer for us. It was a lovely treat to enjoy with our breakfast.
We had trouble sleeping due to the air conditioning vent blowing directly onto the bed. We also expected to use the free bikes and grill, but there were no bikes and the grill had no propane tank.

Everything exceeded my expectations: the location was perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I was impressed by the contactless check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my trip even better.

The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, and a living area with a sofa sleeper. the location was perfect, as we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed the unique character of the area, and there were great places to eat and drink nearby. We were also pleased to find homemade rhubarb bread in the freezer, which was a nice touch.
The air conditioner vent was located directly over the bed, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Although there were supposed to be free bikes available, there were none for us to use, and the grill was out of propane.
